A woman that needs to be touched

A woman that needs to be loved so much

This woman needs to be needed

This woman needs YOU to feel this heart beating

Beating for YOU

Pulsating, thudding, thumping

This heart is crying out for YOU

My hands feel tied!

I want, need you to need me!

Is this going to take a miracle?

I’m a woman with a heart

I don’t want to be just your woman!

I want to hear what you feel

Need to know how you feel

Are we for real?

My heart has never had a hero!

It has always been a zero

I keep trying to hide how I feel

I keep saying “it is too soon”

I’m a woman who deserves your all

I’m a woman who knows what she wants

I’m a woman who knows what she needs

There is no other woman like me!

There is no other woman who feels like me!

So much desiring you, yet adoring you all the more

I love your touching me

Those tingles, those shudders all down my spine

Divine!

That drives me wild for more and more

Leaving me feeling sensual, sexual

Oh what a pair!

And we stare and stare!

Knowing we are both

TOTAL

I NEED TO BE STILL

I NEED TO BE STILL

Away from the chill

Just sit here in this wondrous weather

Letting go of whatever

My mind is in turmoil

Tumultuously disorderly

I need some orderly thoughts

Not this chaotic, anarchic

That you have brought to this life

You want so much

You need so much

You say “no pressure”

Then its “I’m so disappointed”

You know my role in this global world

It takes me to places that are untold

“I understand as much as I can”

“But where do I stand?”

“These long separations are desperations”

“You’re not meeting my needs”

“Your work comes before me”

“But you knew all this before”

“This is my life, my life’s work”

“This gift is heaven sent, but you’re hell bent”

Oh my head!

The ruckus, the mucus

Just wish you’d truly understand

Be here, be there

But I know you won’t be for too long

You’re edgy, you’re ready

You’re making me so unsteady

You’re unruliness

Is ruining this happiness

You loathe this fame

And would burn in an instant with your flames

The tears I’ve cried and still cry

The long drawn out sighs

That this is a goodbye

It’s a sacrifice that’s not been made lightly

I wouldn’t ever, ever give my life up

It’s a life I love so dearly

The visions presented so clearly

Day by day

Night by night

Clearly like our sight

Sacrifice it shall be

Until there is a specialty

AS A CHILD

As a child

Growing up in a big

Vast family

There things that

We must learn

Be taught

Our respect

For others

Elders

Family

Friends

The ways of old

Retold

By family

And friends

Traditions

Learning how to make

Bows and arrows

Sharpening tools

A lot to learn

As a child

But there is always

Play times

With friends

Elder children

Younger children

Which at times we keep an eye on

So the they don’t stray

Away from the campsite

We are taught very young

Our responsibilities

Of looking after the young

Helping where needed

And when needed

It may seem tough

And hard

But I am happy

Not sad

I love my family

All the time

Fly my feathered

Friend

Let your wings unfurl

Spread them wide

And spread

Them free

Soar above the clouds

So high

Way above with

Brothers

Sisters

Kith and kin

Explore your world

Wild and free

Feel the wind

Beneath your wings

Soaring

Higher and higher

Up in the

Blue, blue skies

I will be watching

Looking out for you

With such

Wondrous eyes

The wonder of you

My sweet feathered friend

An awesome sight

When you are in flight

Hovering on the wind

Searching

Looking

For a prey

In your very

Powerful sights

Go, go

And reach those

Dizzy heights
