I STAND AND WAIT

I STAND AND WAIT
Upon this shores gate
This wide expanse that is filled with waste
It stretches beyond the lands and hands
Those have laid their hands upon
Looked upon
Walked upon these sands
Whilst I am here standing and waiting
I look out to the distance
The waves rising and falling
Just like our love
Never knowing whether we are
Coming and going
Just like two passing ships in the night
For a short while you are here
Oh such bliss I can hear
This heart has been touched
So very, very much
It is so hard when we depart
It tears this heart
So wide apart
Oh this aching, aching heart!
The absolute sheer ecstasy
The thrill so bliss
The excitement with your kiss
The passion in your touch
Oh the love I feel so much
The happiness that we feel
A happiness that feels surreal
The pleasure and the pain!
What more can we gain?
You have me in a trance
 With just one glance
Come back my lover!

LOST AND FOUND

LOST AND FOUND
There was a time that I’d lost you
Lost you in time and space
It was a time that you erased
Erased, eradicated me from your life
You captured this heart then tore it apart
My heart felt so battered and bruised
And all you ever wanted was to be my muse
I sure as hell was not amused
How did I not see the being used?
How did I lose myself with you?
How much did I lose?
One hell of a lot
So here I am in the lost and found
There is no sound
Just an empty, empty silence
The wind howling
I’m trying not to scowl
Picture perfect face
With not a trace
Yet there is a trace
Right here, right here
So very, very near
My eyes so sore with crying
Inside feels like I am dying
The log fire is burning away here
But not bringing any cheer
The sun outside shining so clear
Yet within me it is so, so dull
The light and the life
That was so evidently here
Has gone, gone
And here I sit alone
Tempting it might be
Tempting it could be
To go outside
There are too many memories
Out there!
Where we both used to care
You made me believe
That we were so, so true
Through and through
So how can it be so wrong?
Wrong, wrong
To feel so blue
Through and through
I fell for you like a stone
Now I feel like a cold, cold stone
The whole world seems so cold
There is no warmth out there
And here also
Every room empty
Filled with emptiness
Your memories, your ghost
Still exists
I’m so lost and yet to be found
Given time and space
It will happen!
All that is needed, required
Is to find myself
And get off the shelf
Get off the floor
Out of this solitary existence
But not just yet
This bird will fly
As time passes by
From this subsistence

BLOWING HEAVENLY BLISS

BLOWING HEAVENLY BLISS
With an open hand from heaven
I blow you this kiss
With loads of happiness
The pleasure I get to give you
For each and every one of you
It comes with much blessedness
For the whole day through
I see you below
Watching the sky, moon and stars
And all the planets too
Ribbons of light and colours
Purples, blues, oranges, green
All wrapped and snuggled for you
The flowers billowing, fluttering their petals
Oh look they are waving too
The birds in the sky, flying high
Flapping their wings in tune with the breeze
So for now I must say bye, bye
And wish you all a merry day

MESSAGES FROM AFAR

MESSAGES FROM AFAR
On golden wings spread so wide
The dove and messenger flies by
It brings forth peace, love and happiness
Its graceful wings flapping without ease
The dove flies to the fair maiden
He has a message for her from lands far away
She holds out her hand so gracefully
So gently
And there before her eyes she sees
A boat afloat there in the distant seas
In the wings of the dove
The sun a glowing, shining brightly
The sea glimmering, shimmering so beautifully
The mountains as the background scenery
Tall and standing so strong
White snow peaks
All around in the sky are shooting stars
Stars to make a wish upon
Twinkling, blinking, shimmering
Every one of them flickering a message from the heavens above
Puffy white clouds scudding by
Oh why?
This is a starry, starry night!
But here anything can happen in a wondrous world like this
So full of happiness and bliss
A place of mystery, mysteries
Fairy tales and mystical stories

SO CRAZY ABOUT YOU!

SO CRAZY ABOUT YOU!
There is nowhere to hide
I cannot disguise or be disguised
I am open and revealed
Baring all
My heart like and open book
Crazy with passion
Crazy with hope
Insane, insanity
Washes over me
You make me shine in the dark
Where there was once so much bleakness
A woman who was so meek and mild
She is still here!
But you have changed her
It is so much greener now
The colours accentuated
I’ll give you the best
I’ll give you the future
You’ve untangled this web of distrust
You’ve untangled this web of loathing into love
You’ve changed me into loving you and myself
You’ve changed me totally
This is the time to say you are my sun
My moon
My stars
My eyes up to the heavens
Happy, happily
Not a cloud in sight
Just an undescrible
Aura of light
So bright
That I cannot fight
And all because of you!
I’m in so, so deep with you
And never want to come out
Without doubts
You make me want to dance in the rain
You make me want to sing in the rain
Oh my love sent from above
The one and only that has freed me
I’m never letting you go!
Like I know you’ll never let me go
I’m so much in love
That it hurts deep inside
Where you’ll always reside
You never critically critic
You edge me to the rightfulness
Lead me to fearlessness
A brand new woman
Looking at herself
In all her nakedness
Recklessness
Recklessness
Oh my guy this is heaven
Heaven
Heaven
Wanting to dance to the rhythm
To the beat
To the rhythms heat
Naked, naked
Naked truth
Truth
Truth
Let’s keep to this beat
And never, ever stop
Sway to the rhythms beat
Feeling our bodies heat
Heat, heat
I’m so, so crazy about you!
You, you!
I don’t want to be alone
Alone, alone
For ever more

WHAT DO YOU SEE IN ME?

WHAT DO YOU SEE IN ME?
A woman that won’t conform
A woman that won’t give a damn
A woman that’ll do what she wants
A woman that’ll jump ship when all goes wrong
A woman that’ll beat her own drum
Drum, drum
Bang, bang
Slam, slam
A woman that’ll blow her own trumpet
Oh yeah
Oh yeah
A woman that’ll strut her stuff
Pout her mouth
At you, at you
Guess what?
She’s a woman born free
Free, free
Spirited, spirited
Hoist her sails
Whether you like it or not
I’m not proud
But boy oh boy I can be loud!
If you want to sail this ship
Right from your hip
Then come on by
And say hi
And maybe, just maybe
We’ll get on just fine
Will we wine and dine?
Then hopefully be mine?
Maybe over time
Year after year
There has been manier tear
I’ve sailed the many oceans
North and south
East and west
But every sail billowed
With emptiness
Emptiness
Emptiness
Unhappiness
The decks sparse
Oh come on babe lets sail away
Escape, escape
Escapade
Escapade
I miss you
Miss you much
Miss your touch
I’m out of control
Out of control
Come and take this helm
Steer me in the right direction
Can we dive into each other’s oceans?
Sail off into those wide blue oceans
Where we’ll never come back
We’ll give each other some slack
We’ll pout
We’ll shout
We’ll see who we are
Sail so far
I’ll see who you are!
We’ll see what we are made of
We’ll watch the birds above
We’ll cling to each other
Through the rocking, rolling waves
So come on over
And tame this bird

THIS LOVE SCARES ME SO

THIS LOVE SCARES ME SO
I’m in too deep
But I want to keep you
Never leave you
Yet I want to walk away
Away, away
I was once a silhouette
Walking in the shadows
The dark, dark shadows
Nothing real
Nothing surreal
I used to turn away
At lovers walking by
Hand in hand
Looking at each other lovingly
A woman and a man
Oh how I coveted
Wanting, needing
Needing, wanting
A man of my own
Walking hand in hand
I listened to love songs
Sobbing, weeping
Wishing, dreaming
That was me with my man
Just you and I
Me and you
Then you came
Out of nowhere
Like a maelstrom
Wondering, pondering
Why did you take so long!
Believing it would never happen
And here you are!
My dream, my wish
Yet I am so, so scared
It’s a pure love is ours
A love untainted
I cannot resist
I’m listening to reasons
The logical, the feelings
I’m closing my eyes
Then I open them
And you are still here by my side
Where I always want you to reside
This new love is bliss
Oh yeah, oh yeah
Singing, singing
Shouting out loud
That I must listen to love
My open heart
I must listen to love
This sweet, sweet love
This deep, deep love
This gentle, gentle love
Turning my world around
This heart goes out to you
Pounding, beating
Softly, gently
And my tears keep pouring
Pouring in happiness
And here we are
Crossing this bridge
A new bridge
A new beginning
In the lashing rain
Forgetting all my pain
Where there was nothing to gain
And this where I keep your heart
Where I’ll never let you go
Listening to my intuition
Singing a happy song
Yet this love scares me so
Yet I love you in the here and now
Whatever the weather
Your love is brighter than the shining stars
Whatever the future holds
I’m holding onto the here and now
This love scares me so
But I’ll never let you go
