LIVE IT, BREATH IT

Live your life with the freedom given

Live your life and feel, feel the freedom

Spread those wings

Shout and sing

Sing so that you’ll be heard

Shout your visions

Commit to your visions

Feel, feel the freedom

Breath in the air

Without a care

Feel the wind in your hair

Blowing, casting the shadows

The shadows of doubt

The shadows of fear

The shadows of being unloved

“You Are Loved”

Feel that love!

Touch that love!

Harness that love!

Embrace that love!

Never, ever let anyone

“Tell You Otherwise”

You, we are all unique

A uniqueness shaped and formed

From a higher love

A love so unconditional

A love so pure and simple

Open your heart

Open your eyes

Open your mind

To all that is beyond comprehension

Without any hesitations

Without expectations

It carries a voice

A silent voice

A whisper on the wind

A whisper that says to you and I

“I Love You Unconditionally”

“Take my hand”

“See where my love is”

“Feel where my love is”

“It’s wide, wide, wide”

“It’s across the rivers, streams, lakes

And oceans so wide, wide”

“It gently flows with the ebb of the tides”

“It is endless, ceaseless”

“It’ll arrive in a torrent of wind and rain”

“It’ll arrive when you least expect it!”

“It’ll arrive on the wings of a dove”

“Live your life, be free”

“As it is meant to be”

HOP, SKIP AND JUMP

 

HOP, SKIP AND JUMP

Through this life

Never thinking of the moment

But living in the moment

The day is here

I’m hoping that it will bring some cheer

Flitting here and there

Without a care

Skipping over the negative

Skipping for joy

Oh boy

The dawn just breaking

What are we forsaking?

Not a cloud in the sky

The rain clouds have passed me by

Way up there in the lofty skies

The sun yet to shine

Then it’ll be yours and mine

The frosty ground

Has me a leap frogging

Over the whimsy bare dandelion

Its fragility, its delicacy

Standing so tall and strong

Oh this is a wondrous feat

My wings scattering the few seeds

Seeds that will grow in the coming months

Oh I know! Those pesky dandelions

The bane of your lives

But they will always survive

No matter what you try to do

They will always shine through

Glittering, shimmering

In the day break

I flit here and there

Backwards, forwards

Hopping and flitting

Jumping and flying

Spreading my wings

Spreading those seeds

Seeds of newness

Like the newborn day

Hooray, hooray

Leaping like a frog

From one lily to another

Oh such joy

Oh girl, oh boy

Oh such joy to everyone

On this newborn day

Singing on this newborn day

The new seasons are coming

Day by day

The days become lighter

Brighter

On each and every newborn day

THIS EMPTY HOME

 

THIS EMPTY HOME

This lonely, lonely home

So lonely since you went and left

Leaving me bereft

Every room so baron and bear

Leaving me naked and bare

What happened, what happened?

I thought our love was everlasting

Eternal, eternally

You were my breath of life

Shining a light of hope

Now I am so, so alone

Your light was shining for me

Now and now I am lost

And now you are free, free!

What can it be for you to leave?

You packed your bags

And all I can do is sag, sag

Drooping my head, head

Sitting here glaring, staring

Out of this grim, grim room

Where there is too much space

Time and space

Oh when I first saw you

Oh the awakening, day breaking

The sun glistening

The stars shining

The moon so glittering

Where we had no beginning or end

Thoughts running through this mind

Staring out of this window

The shattered garden you so loved

The weeds have taken control

Uninhabited, abandoned

Desolate, deserted

I cannot touch it!

Reach out to it

Oh babe I’m screaming, crying

It’s driving me insane

Oh babe those days have gone

How can I go on, on and on?

You will always be in my heart

Even though you have departed

Some days are too hard to bear

Some days are too hard to breathe

Some days are too hard to live

You will always be here

You’re here and so is your spirit

That spirit so divine

Your love is still felt here

I’m not begging you

But please come home

Where I’m longing to hold onto you

Hold you, hold you so tight

With all my might

I need you!

Come home to my heart

You were all my dreams come true

Through and through

So why oh why throw it all away?

Come back and talk to me

Tell me, tell me

Where it all went wrong

Babe oh babe I miss you

This home is so lost and alone

Without you!

We need you!

You’re still in my dreams

Not nightmares

Darling sweetheart

We just don’t need to be this wide apart

The days are endless

The nights sleepless

The clock never stops

Endless ticking and clicking

Did you know, do you know

That you are my eternal love

Lover, lover

Friend, friend

Can we make it right?

I will always believe we were meant to be

Can we believe it still?
