WITH THE ROLLING OF THE
WAVES
The rolling of the waves
Signifying changes
Changes that can be changed
The way we live
Breath
Stretched to the limits
Suffocation
Crushed
Heavy weight
Laying upon us
Changes crashing all around us
Some for the best
Some for the worst
But changes happen
Whether we want them to or not
Major changes
Life that went strolling along
Now rushing
Gushing
Moving so fast
That we cannot keep up with it all
Tossing and turning
Churning
Way deep inside
Upside down
Curling
Swirling
Rip tide
Pulling us under
With no strength to carry on
Drowning
Under the weight
Of the changing tides
