SLEEPING SOUNDLY

SLEEPING SOUNDLY
Sleeping soundly upon the ground
The softness of the grassy land
Which this tiny angel sleeps so sound
Her translucent wings
Lying to rest
Her fingers softly nestling within the grassy blades
There amongst the daisies that has made her daisy crown
Whilst this angel slumbers other angels will be watching over you!
Ensuring that you are safe and well
That those cobwebs of silk are a warming blanket
Wrapping around you like a jacket
Made especially for you
The lightest of touches, the gentlest of caresses
In knowing that you do not know that it is there
So slumber well for you can never tell
Who is watching over you!
