The rushing of the water falls

The roaring

The spray

Cooling

The thundering of the water

Rushing over the rocks

Pounding out the noises

That was stagnant

Lingering

In the mind

Gone

Frozen

Abandonment

Leaving it all behind

Relinquished

Let it go

This quiet retreat

Bringing you back to the center
