Powerful and Strong
Against all the elements that are thrown
The wind and the rain
Hale, sleet
And snow
The wind that howls
Through all the crooks
And crannies
The trees bending
And swaying
As if to break
At any minute
The clouds scudding by
Swirling and curling
Never knowing
Which way to turn
The East
West
South
And
The North
Blowing the hair
Right out of place
All over the face
But still standing
With grace
And poise
Wrapped up from the chill
And all that the
Weather can throw
Still standing tall
Through the rough
And the tough
