PAINTED FACE
OF A WARRIOR
We are just as strong
As our men
In our tribe
We fight for what is right
And what is wrong
We ride our horses
With such speediness
Racing into
The frontline
Waiting
Watching
For our time to enter
The foray
Helping to protect
The young
The old
All of our kith
And kin
Our faces painted
Ready and waiting
We are the
Warrior women
This cannot be denied
Strong
Powerful
Way deep
Inside
