WALK SILENTLY
QUIETLY
SOFTLY
Whispering in quieter tones
The air so soft nothing not a breeze
Snow lies beneath these feet
But I feel no cold
Warmth and love abound
In this wondrous place
Heavenly
Graceful, peaceful
A spider’s web
Caught from the stem
Of a golden thread
That is from my hand
Trailing
Sprawling
Spreading
Over the snow
And glistening
Like diamonds
Silvery
Shapes
Shadows
Forming on the ground
A shimmering lantern
Shining
Glistening
Casting its light all around
So that the smallest of
Creatures that live below
Can see where to go
And be safe and sound
The moon shining brightly
Silvery white
Casting its light
Way above
The clouds in the sky
Illuminated
Casting the dark shadows
Far, far away
The blossoms on the tree
Blooming in glee
Pointing it branches to the heavens above
Bird in the sky
Flying by
Guided by the light of the moon
In the sky
Safe and sound
Homeward bound
